Wakuna Casino Terms and Conditions for Australian Players
What Happens When You Register an Account
Creating an account means you accept these terms, and they form a binding agreement between you and THE GREEN & VERDE ENTERPRISES LIMITADA, the operator of Wakuna. The sign-up form asks you to confirm that you are 18 or over and that you agree to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy before the next step opens.
If you do not agree with any clause, do not complete registration. Continuing to use the account after a revision counts as acceptance of the revised text.
Document Checks and the Rules That Govern Your Account
Before withdrawals we check your identity, your residential address and the ownership of the payment method you used. For identity we accept a passport, an Australian driver’s licence or another national identity document. For address we accept a recent utility bill, a bank statement or official government correspondence. For payment ownership we accept a bank or card statement or an electronic wallet confirmation. These checks typically take 24 to 72 hours, and we may also ask for bank statements or payslips as source of funds evidence.
The operator entity is THE GREEN & VERDE ENTERPRISES LIMITADA, and this site does not publish a governing court for it. Whether an offer or market is open to you stays subject to the Australian federal, state and territory laws that apply to you. A dispute starts with a complaint to our support team, and the steps for escalating it are set out in the legal notice.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Where Our Liability Ends
Every account is held in AUD. Deposits are instant for cards, supported local payment methods and electronic wallets, while bank transfers can take 1 to 3 business days to arrive. Withdrawals go back to the original deposit method where supported, after verification. Electronic wallets and supported instant payment methods typically pay out within 24 hours after approval, and cards and bank transfers can take 1 to 5 business days. Standard processing fees are set at 0%, although payment-provider or currency-conversion fees may apply.

We are not liable for losses that result from the normal outcome of a game, for delays caused by a bank, card scheme or wallet provider, or for errors in payment details that you entered yourself. Our liability for any other loss is limited to the balance held in your account at the time of the event.
What Happens If You Break the Rules
Each person may hold one account. Opening a second account, sharing an account, using another person’s card or wallet, collusion with other players, bonus abuse and the use of bots or other automation are all prohibited.
When we find a breach we may void bonuses and winnings linked to it, suspend the account while we investigate and close it. Funds that you deposited yourself and that passed the verification checks may be returned to the original payment method where supported.
What Happens After You Claim a Bonus
Bonuses are for players aged 18 and over. The welcome package covers four deposits of 150%, 100%, 200% and 250%, each up to $1,000 with 150, 150, 200 and 200 free spins, and 18+ applies to every one of them. Each promotion sets its own wagering multiplier, maximum bet while the bonus is active, validity period and list of excluded games, and those terms are shown with the offer.
Bonus funds and winnings from free spins cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Placing a bet above the maximum stated in the promotion terms can void the bonus and the winnings made with it.
When a Game Malfunctions or an Account Is Duplicated
If a game, a live table or the sportsbook malfunctions, we may void the affected round or bet and restore the stake to your balance. Winnings that arise from a malfunction are not payable, and we may correct a balance that was credited in error.
Wakuna does not hold an Australian licence, and each player is responsible for confirming that taking part is lawful where they live. We do not accept players under 18, and an account found to belong to a minor is closed.
What Happens When We Change These Terms
We may revise these terms when our games, payment methods, promotions or legal position change. The revised text is published on this page with a new updated date at the top, and the version shown here is the one that applies. Please check the page before you make a deposit, and keep your registered email address current so that we can reach you about material changes.
